A. An object starts from rest and follows the velocity pattern shown in the graph at the right. Carefully sketch graphs showing the position, acceleration, and net force graphs of the object. Templates for printing out are provided below.

 

 

 

B. Suppose that object has a mass, m = 250 kg, t1 = 20 s, t2 = 55 s, and t3 = 65 s. If the steady velocity in the middle of the object's travel is 2 m/s, what net force, F2, would be required to bring it to a stop? Show your work and include enough explanation that we can understand your reasoning.

 

C. How far would the object travel while it is slowing down before it comes to a complete stop?
