I saw a commercial for a health care product that said, "There are 10s of trillions of cells in the human body." This seems like a lot! A trillion is 1012. Estimate the number of cells in the human body to see if the statement is approximately correct or not. Be sure to clearly state your assumptions and how you came to the numbers you estimated, since grading on this problem will be mostly based on your reasoning, not on your answer.
