Our mind is set up to get quick answers to a situation. Often, this "one-step thinking" -- a direct, unchecked association to something we know -- leads us astray. We will use this "dangerous bend" (or perhaps "unexpected turn") icon to call your attention to something that might at first look obvious, but that needs a bit more careful thought and analysis.
