This review article discusses how microtubules guide cell migration, a very important phenomenon regulating cell motion in different extracellular matrix environments (interplay between biological process and cell mechanics) and what is known based on research conducted by different independent research groups. Write your reading reflection on this review and any conflicting ideas that may arise from your group's discussion interpreting the results.
